Repeat a word or Phrase Best way to remember or speak something properly is to repeat it for at least 24 hours. You can set reminders from time to time to say the word. In case you think you will forget you can put the phrase or word on the phone lock screen saver so that whenever you look at your phone, you will say the word or phrase again.
