Piscarilius House Piscarilius House is well-known for its extremely high crime rate with newcomers entering the kingdom warning new arrivals of the petty thieves who are all over the Piscarilius House. This is due to the political corruption that exists within the Piscarilius House, allowing thieves and smugglers such as Captain Khaled, to steal artifacts from residences in the residential area through bribery and shipping stolen items abroad.
Achieving house favor
Beware: If you enjoy 100% approval in another House Make sure you've met with the house's Architectural Designer to confirm the favor. Achieving favor in another House prior to speaking with them can make you lose favour in the House you're in!
The Piscarilius House's architect is Piliar, who is found in the building north-west of Leenz's General Stores.
Earning the favour of the Piscarilius can be done by assisting the Piscarilius Elders in repairing the fishing cranes, taking fish to market as well as hunting grubs along the beach and even stealing the loot from houses.
With a 20% favor, it is also suggested to complete the Queen of Thieves quest for a quick 10% favour that can unlock the collecting of sandworms at 30% favour.
When you've achieved 100% approval from Piscarilius House Piscarilius house, players will be capable of catching anglerfish, which needs 82 Fishing. Favour can be locked through a conversation with Piliar who is situated to the north-west in the main store.
Repairing fishing cranes
Five fishing cranes which can be repaired. Fishing cranes are found throughout The Piscarilius House, and consistently break. To fix them, the players must be at least level 30 in their Crafting and will get three times the level of their Crafting in crafting experience once each crane has been repaired.
When you repair cranes, it is essential to fix the crane the NPC is also working on. It could take between 5 and 18 seconds to fix a crane when working with the NPC.
Repairing a crane solo, without the NPC present, can be as fast as 2 minutes.
The players will require the hammer, nails (preferably mithril), and three planks for fixing the fishing cranes. Each crane fixed is awarded 0.5 percentage favour. Leenz offers iron nails for sale if players need the nails.
The more people that are working, the quicker the repair of the crane will be completed, so it is recommended to repair cranes with other people, likely found in larger areas.
It's advised to stay in the two cranes by in front of the main store. Do not bother with hopping worlds, they will break up again quickly and it's best to remain close to the crowd.
It takes three planks of wood and up to 100 nails (depending on the kind employed) for the repair of a crane. 120 planks and ~600 (steel) nail are enough to earn 20% favor.
Planks are sold to the general store for 0 coins, then bought back at 1 coin, saving banks trips. This is not the case for ironmen due to the store getting overstocked.
Fishing for fresh at Frankie
After reaching 15% favour, players with level 15 in fishing can assist Frankie in carrying fresh fish to his cooling cabinet inside his store in exchange for favor. Fresh fish degrades into nothing within a minute or two, so players must be quick.
It is advised to collect fresh fish at the 3 barrels that lie directly to the west of Frankie. You can get around 20 fresh fish in the first 20 minutes before they go extinct (but it is possible to get as high as 25 if your skill is good at it). The average benefit for players is 0.2 percentage favour for every delivery.
Sandworms that hunt
Once players reach 30% favour, players who have reached level 15 in Hunter can hunt for sandworms (10 Hunter xp per find) in the north of Tynan's Fishing Supplies. Doing so requires an appropriate spade and at most five buckets. Each bucket of sandworms given to Tynan rewards around 0.3 percent favor. The shop also has a huge selection of buckets. It is suggested to bring cash, as he will take the bucket, instead of emptying them.
Since the rate at that the sandworms were caught was increased following the update of November 3, 2016 the probability of acquiring sandworms is between 75 and 65%.
In order to dig up the worms quicker, a technique can be used to save 2 to 3 game ticks per. Click *walk this way* to the square where the sandworms are, and then quickly click on the spade object in your inventory. Once the animation is complete it is possible to begin moving to the next spot. If the worms click directly it will cause the player to run close to the worms then walk over them, before starting digging, which is quite slow.
Infiltrating booty out of houses
Once they reach 75% of their favour, players with a level 49 of Thieving can talk to Captain Khaled in the huge building to the south of the bank to receive an assignment. The players will require a lockpick to unlock the locks on the drawers. They must be careful not to get caught by the patrolmen. A successful heist awards some hundred dollars, and 2percent Piscarilius favour. In addition , you can gain 750 xp in Thieving by getting the lock picked and regaining the booty item and an additional xp of Thieving equivalent to 40 times your level of thieving to safely deliver the booty item into the hands of captain Khaled. If you exit the game after acquiring the item but not before you are able to safely deliver it , you'll inform Captain Khaled that you have lost the item and have to find another task.

Trivia
When the Wintertodt is released, speaking to the various NPCs from The Piscarilius House will reveal that the House is governed by Lord Piscarilius. However, with the release of the Wintertodt, speaking to Ish the Navigator showed that He was present to fulfill Lady Piscarilius' demands. In response to questions about this contradiction, Mod Ash stated "Having two people share the administration seems like a good idea if they also need to travel long distances for trade." With an update on 15 June 2017, all references to Lord Piscarilius were replaced by Lady Piscarilius.
